Returns & Exchanges

At Viking Warrior, we stand by the quality of our gear; if your armor doesn't fit or meet your standards, you have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return or exchange. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Initiate Your Claim

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our warehouse team can identify your return.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your gear, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
